We want you to love your Rough Riders Society piece. If you're not 100% happy, here's how we can help.
Returns
- You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Return fees will be covered by the buyer.
- To request a refund, please contact us at: info@roughriderssociety.com.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Your refund will be processed once it is returned to and reviewed at our warehouse. Please allow for 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
International Returns
International orders will have the opportunity to be returned, however, any shipping or duties/taxes from this return shipment will be the responsibility of the customer.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 5 days of receiving your item) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
